Transformer Rewinding & Refurbishment Service Shop

•Complete high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) coil rewinding for oil-immersed and dry-type cast resin distribution transformers.
•Use of high-conductivity 99.9% oxygen-free electrolytic copper and aluminum conductors with thermally upgraded kraft paper and Nomex board.
•Electromagnetic core loss testing and interlaminar insulation inspection to identify core hot spots, burrs, or lamination damage.
•Heavy-duty structural coil clamping and bracing engineered to resist extreme axial and radial mechanical forces during electrical short circuits.
•Deep thermal vacuum dehydration baking in industrial ovens to eliminate all internal moisture from solid cellulose insulation.
•Complete replacement of all tank, bushing, inspection cover, and valve gaskets with premium oil-resistant Nitrile and Viton elastomers.
•High-voltage porcelain and polymer bushing inspection, testing, replacement, and terminal connector refurbishment.
•Off-circuit tap changer (OCTC) and on-load tap changer (OLTC) contact servicing, timing calibration, and resistance testing.
•Dielectric testing, reconditioning, and filtration of transformer insulating oil according to international IEC/IEEE standards.
•Complete electrical test certificate delivery covering Turns Ratio (TTR), Winding Resistance, Insulation Resistance (Megger), and Tan Delta.
