We rebuild stators from the inside out using digital temperature-controlled ovens for insulation burn-off (preventing core warping), spike-resistant inverter-duty magnet wire with Class H insulation, Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) varnishing, and 2-plane dynamic rotor balancing with premium/insulated bearings.
Do you repair submersible and industrial water pumps?
Yes. We specialize in high-capacity submersible, centrifugal, vertical turbine, and positive displacement pump motors. We install tungsten carbide and silicon carbide mechanical seals and moisture-resistant Class H winding to deliver up to 50% cost savings over buying new equipment.
Can you handle transformer rewinding and oil leak remediation?
Yes. We provide complete transformer rewinding for distribution, isolation, rectifying, and power transformers. Our service includes core loss hot-spot testing, multi-layered Nomex Class H insulation, deep vacuum dehydration baking, and complete Nitrile/Viton gasket replacement.
